• All orders are subject to availability.
• Payments are processed securely through Square.
• Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes at checkout.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are unavailable.

3. Delivery

• We deliver to Destin, FL and surrounding areas within our delivery zone.
• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and conditions.
• We do not deliver on Sundays or during blackout dates.
• A valid delivery address and recipient contact information must be provided.

4. Product Substitution

Due to seasonal availability, we may substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to match the color palette and style of the original arrangement.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
